Business Support Staff
Role Description
Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries
Compile, organise and maintain records of business transaction.
Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate. Maintain up-to-date customer records. Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion. Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required.
Requirements
- Fast-learner and detail oriented
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Some administrative experience is an advantage
- Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Good communications in English
