Business Support Staff

Credence is looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to join a growing and expanding organization within the financial industry, and is willing to be a part of the back end team to help support Credence in our day to day administrative work and as well as operations.

Role Description

Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries
Compile, organise and maintain records of business transaction.
Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate. Maintain up-to-date customer records. Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion. Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required.

Requirements
  • Fast-learner and detail oriented
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Some administrative experience is an advantage
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Good communications in English
